Seeing how the experiments of other, mostly open-floodgates decentralized platforms have panned out makes my opinion more strongly held that a limited growth, invite only approach is a strong quality maintainer, albeit at the expense of DAU growth.

If you’re going to be invite only, you should be more aggressive in pursuing users. This way there’s less trade off and more potential upside
