Has anyone else switched from coffee to matcha? Coffee for me was an incredible productivity booster, but also came with carelessness, rigidity/edginess, and stomach issues. Matcha has been more balanced, without stomach issues and makes me more friendly which might be due to the l-theanine 🤔

Try maté if you can get your hands on some! Coffee free days that start off with a walk outside, mobility routine, and no phone for the first hour are by far my most productive :)
