Best sleeping conditions? - last drink/meal 2-3 hours before going to bed - silence - going to bed at the same time every day - right temperature (room temperature, blanket, sleeping clothes) - enough space, good mattress - put away your phone 30 mins before going to bed

- drink water for the first 10hrs after waking up - optimal last meal 10hrs before sleep - at sunset - blue blocking glasses & grayscale phone display - put away the phone best 1-2 hours prior to sleep - meditate (relax, read) - mg l-theo & glycine - red light at home - complete darkness at bedroom
