How do you manage notifications on your phone?

Many are off and my phone is 95% on vibration or silent (most times this).

Create physical distance

Charge your phone in the hall or bathroom at night. 

Leave your phone at home on walks.

I turn everything off and whitelist the application I care about. I also have a night time schedule as well as work meeting putting me in dnd mode. 

My attention is precious!

I just attend to them when they get in

And if I’m busy they pile up and I checked them out when I get the time

I just put my phone in DND then attend to them when I’ve time for but the important apps and people are excluded so I get their notifications

I turn them all off every time I download an app. Only notifs I get are texts/calls
