and that initial feed is now a cherry pick and seemingly unbiased selection of the best casts of the network

this is an important change. chapeau 🎩

Experimenting with a new onboarding feed that is algorithmic like TikTok. No initial follows.

But that means you need to be posting engaging content.

Very in favor of engaging content being the focus for onboarding.

Forever grateful for the autofollow but definitely felt like an unfair advantage and necessary to nerf it to better seed new users with who's most active and impactful at any given time.
