Bifrost is a LSD project born in the Polkadot ecosystem in 2019. It has experienced the evolution of governance from centralization to democratization, showing the continuous breakthrough and evolution of blockchain projects in governance.In September 2021, Bifrost introduced the GOV 1.0 governance mode, and then bravely embraced the more innovative OpenGOV model, further put governance power to the community, and became a web3 project that explored the optimal governance path.
