hypothetically speaking say I had $30M worth of $Wif and proceeded to market dump it all in one clip while also having a max leveraged short open on an exchange.  

1) would this work? 

2) Is this legal? 

3) If not how much jail time would I face?

1) Yes

2) Don't see how it's illegal, strictly speaking, but the law is malleable enough that if you paint a target on your back motivated actors can find some reason to put you behind bars, and make an example of you. Suspect they'd go with market manipulation in this case, even though it's a nonsensical concept imo.

3) Enough to make the next degen contemplating the same trade change their mind.
