No time for an actual review, but a small readability thing => Solidity can treat ether and time as units, so you can write:

offer = 1e12; // 0.000001 ether
as
offer = 0.000001 ether;

and

duration = 15 * 60; // 15 minutes
as
duration = 15 minutes;
