Isn’t it strange how so many versions of you live in other people’s minds, to some you’re the quiet one who never speaks, to others you’re the LOUD one who never stops talking Some see you as DISTANT and hard to know while others thing you’re the most CARING person they’ve ever met But what’s funny is that none of these versions are the real you, they are just PIECES shaped by how people see the world not by who you really are even the person you believe yourself to be only exists for yourself. I see myself as a perfect version of me in my own mind, but I realize that everyone perceives me differently depending on the moment they encountered me. To one person, I might be a great individual; to another, I might come across poorly. Multiply this by the billions of perspectives throughout human history, and it’s humbling to think how varied and complex our impressions of each other truly are.
