I borrowed $5,000 from a friend for renovations. I had to pay her back in November. I saved up. But I decided that I was very tired, the year was hard and I wanted to buy myself a trip to Dubai. I thought I wouldn't say anything, like I'm still in financial difficulties and I'll give it to her later. I didn't post any pictures, but that was the week my mom met her at the store. And she showed her pictures of my vacation. My friend is furious. She says that she needs this money, that she borrowed it for a year and there is a receipt (really there is, notarized). Promises that I'll be in trouble. I'm on vacation. I guess I'm gonna have to get a loan after all.
