After five years in San Francisco I was bound to try it 😁 We had a pretty amazing guide who travels between NYC, Lisbon and LA to perform them.

It allows you to access a different level - underneath all of the layers/filters of the day to day - and really assess what’s going on with yourself. I recommend it.

Interesting I’ve never hear if this but I listen to binaural beats or gamma waves a few hours a day when working. Is this live instruments or recordings or…? Sounds fascinating

Well said. I'm a hobbyist 'stage designer' rather than a performer, but I agree with what you wrote about the way certain sounds can reach beyond/beneath the filters of daily awareness.
