to clarify, response statistics are not viewable by anyone until the poll ends, is that correct?

the reason i ask is because it appears that responses are statistically equal across time, so no one has an advantage voting near the end vs. at the beginning since the pot is split equally across all winning voters (vs. share prices fluctuating like a time-of-entry based prediction market)?
