I suggest you to go enjoy the nature, take the time to meet new culture, stay longer in cities to really learn about the people, activities, and culture of it.

When I travel in a city and see people going out of these city boat, it always make me laugh. They rush outside of the boat, do all the touristic attraction in 3h, them get scammed by shops, restaurants, etc. and finally go back in there boat.
