Did you know? The first NFT (Non-Fungible Token) was created by Kevin McCoy and Anil Dash in 2014, even before the term NFT existed. They used the cryptocurrency platform, Namecoin, to create a blockchain-based digital artwork called "Quantum". This piece of digital art was sold for 100 BTC (worth approximately $130,000 at the time).
