the other option which I have had great success with after acute injury is acupuncture, if you have access to someone who is "locked" in with their healing. been growing veg 20+ years and raising kids, etc - tweaked my back twice in those decades. once ibuprofren did the job. the next time acupuncture did.

imaging thinking farcaster was going to help you... maybe it would. not medical advice - back issues one option is to load up on advil, ibuprofren for a few days. I don't typically use pain killers, yet advil can reduce inflammation enough to help body restore and heal. not great to use long term for stomach, etc.
