A couple of years ago I thought I’d try this and my hands and feet started swelling up.Turns out I’m allergic to the cold, and that being allergic to the cold is a thing you can be.

cold showers been the default for the last few years started taking ice baths the past week, was trying to do 20 days in a row, missed a couple days & gonna reassess next week
