Go into your session today with a game plan… conquer the workout… and walk out feeling successful. Reminder: You got this 💪🏾 Movement of the day: DB complex -DB upright row + snatch (together) 3x e/s total Goal: Focus on power & body control. How to + cue focus: Keep your DB close to your body as if you are zipping up a jacket. With the upright row, stay strict or use your legs to help you with the movement. When you come back down to starting position, explosively perform the snatch movement and punch the ceiling with your fist. Try this movement out in your next workout!
