out of topic question: Is it true that after hitting a certain number of max repetitions it's meaningless to do more pullups for building muscle mass? Or you can just do more sets and it will help with building mass a buddy told me that I need to do pullups with weight because I can do more than 15 I am avoiding hanging backpacks with weight etc since I am afraid of the slightest chance of huring my back :D
