Damn my dad is tilted about AI. He’s very worried about systemic job losses that will occur. What does one say to this?

Ai is leading to more cost effective labor. 

Ai and automation are forcing people with basic jobs to be more creative in finding income. 

It’s nice that union guys can push 1 button 40 times a day and get paid 38$/hour but it can’t last
