Yeah I'd be inclined to agree, at least for the most part. Even before you try squaring any collective association/enterprise with a legal entity, and the necessary centralization which usually comes with that, the collective sensemaking (which should precede governance and operations) can be tricky to facilitate.

Big week on Capitol Hill as the House passed a SAB 121 repeal, an HFS subcommittee held a hearing on SEC enforcement, and two new bills with a crypto tie were intro'd, including one to prohibit financial inst. from transacting with funds that have gone through a digital asset mixer for 2 years.

“Farcaster must remove all the bots” This is a worrying line of thinking I’m seeing more often. The argument goes that it’s not enough to hide uninteresting content. It *must* be removed from the protocol. That is, someone must judge the worthiness of accounts and delete them from the protocol.
