How do folks feel about this grain texture? I think it adds some body to an otherwise kinda sterile aesthetic here, but maybe others think it is annoying? Right now the NoiseOverlay is set to opacity 0.35

Like many legal frameworks protecting economic interests, intellectual property law has become bloated and counterproductive. But the core idea is valid: creators should be paid for their work or there will be no incentive to create. IP law should be rebalanced, not eliminated.

Ultimately, as I understand, I think this is a good move. It seems like it will still preserve the separation between the app/platform and the protocol, while minimizing terminological confusion. Really respect the “thinking in public” about these important matters!

This is why I refuse to accept that building for "revealed preferences" is the best approach. We are 2 or 3 generations deep into being mentally programmed by web2 style ad-driven technology. Our neutral pathways have been programmed by this technology to function a certain way. If we just focus on building web3 to tap into these same neurological patterns, then we'll get the same resulting technology, just built on a different foundation. We have to help ppl be willing to enter a state of plasticity for awhile and learn new behaviors enabled by programmable money.
