Nikita Bier is a predator whose prey was teenagers without a fully developed prefrontal cortex. He leveraged existing phone addictions and cheap dopamine tricks to further entrap them in dumb, pointless apps and then sold their data to the highest bidder.

Know nothing about him or his apps but do I read this correctly that he twice sold basically the same app for hundreds of millions that then was discontinued about a year later because nobody was interested anymore? He's certainly not bringing lasting value to the world.
