Uh…not ideal but I just think to myself once or twice a day: “is there any exercise that sounds not the worst right now?” And if anything comes to mind I do that. In practice that probably means 2-5 mile jog 2-3x a week, climbing 2x a week, lifting 2-3x a week (usually squats/deads/lunges but sometimes some upper body stuff), and a few CrossFit type workouts a month. Although I’ve been subbing in rucking a lot recently so my average on both jogging and lifting may be closer to the lower end of that range right now
