Just touched down in Edinburgh and, wow, this city is something else. The medieval architecture here feels like stepping into a storybook. Spent the morning wandering around the Royal Mile, soaked in the history at Edinburgh Castle, and grabbed a coffee at this quaint little café called The Elephant House. Fun fact: it's where J.K.
