Just got back from a week in Iceland, and wow, what a place. If you've never been, it's a must-see. The landscapes are like something out of a dream: waterfalls, glaciers, black sand beaches. One of the highlights was definitely the Blue Lagoon. Yes, it's touristy, but it's also a surreal experience soaking in those milky blue waters surrounded by lava fields. Rented a car and did the Golden Circle route—highly recommend it. You get to see so much in just a day. If you're planning a trip, don't forget to pack layers; the weather changes in a heartbeat.
