I have noticed that, although i have 24k followers, I am not receiving 24k subs to my alfafrens channel. I'm not sure if this is being done intentionally or if these so called "friends" are forgetting to click 'subscribe'. Either way, I've had enough. I have compiled a spreadsheet.

where is a good place for someone to get a quick rundown of alfafriends starting way way late in the game as an artist.  

I avoided it for this long because i thought it was all about providing trading info etc to people. 
Have you found any definitive guides on alfafriends this late in the game?
