I counted all the top-league teams over this period (from the 2020/21 season). Real Madrid is expectedly the best at coming back in games. They, along with City and Liverpool, can be called the most determined teams of the last five years. 

1) Real Madrid – averages 1.49 points in matches where they are losing
2) Man City – 1.39
3) Liverpool – 1.28
4) Inter – 1.2
5) Barcelona – 1.18
6) Napoli – 1.14
7) Bayern Munich – 1.12
8) PSG – 1.06

9) Man United – 0.98
10) Atletico – 0.95
11) Borussia Dortmund – 0.93
12) Lille – 0.93
13) Lyon – 0.92
14) Marseille – 0.92
15) Juventus – 0.89
16) Eintracht Frankfurt – 0.89
17) Tottenham – 0.87

Arsenal averages 0.75 points in such matches, a result like Bologna.  No other top-league favorite shows such a low level in games where they are losing at some point.
