only non-founders or first time founders idealize the idea of being a founder. think about it: in every organization you are a problem solver. when you cannot solve the problem, you bump it up. the founder / ceo deals in the nexus of all the worse, unsolvable problems not fun. but I salute you 🫡

first time founder here. can confirm. as much as i love it, it's a brutal job and i definitely over romanticized being a founder.
