You can check how much your tipping allowance is with frames, but it can take a bit to update

yeah i mean OP's verbiage is very off. 

and i agree that i'd describe farcaster and warpcast the same way.

i do think degen has evolved past just a social utility token into a decentralized community (i want to say  degen is DAO-ish, but obviously that's not quite right).
