my guess: everything about obsidian feels like FOSS, but then you realize that the source code isn‘t public. I was surprised as well. Nothing wrong with that. Guess it‘s a positive for how you handle your business, especially compared to other propriety software.

what I mean with ‚feels like FOSS‘: * your monetary model * ownership of data with the user * overall the product philosophy * moddable with community plugins * you take feedback and feature requests seriously
