Just compile, unit test, and ship with feature flags for controlled rollouts — we are using Amplitude Experiments. Or LaunchDarkly. OTA updates weren’t as valuable as I thought they’d be.

I really like the idea of HTTP 402 and requiring autonomous payments for AI crawlers to index data. It's a fair trade for some non-trivial work done by the website and operators. But I am a little sad to see that the Internet is become less free and open as it used to be.
