over the last week the host team has been quietly moderating content and reaching out to y'all to help us improve and level up the channel culture. the results are in, and there has been no change to engagement! the policy is: hide things not fitness related and promote more topics or ideas.

It could be a fun exercise to have the channel / chatgpt generate a bunch of discussion questions (in e.g. a Google doc) and post one every couple of days.
