wondering if wc home feed is “over fitting” the feed to recent interactions instead of historical cumulative interactions which would better reflect my preference of seeing long-term mutuals in my feed

Yes, definitely recent interactions The only real solution is a proper chronological feed with a trending/recommended options

I have the opposite problem as you. The Home feed’s lack of content from channels I follow is a huge issue for me. I want to see the latest content in channels I follow & NOT just old casts from people I have a history of liking.
