This is quite short and kinda a rough work as I had something else planned for tonight. Stretching is not emphasized enough. Either you are just getting up from bed/going to bed at night or starting your workout/finishing your workout. Get those stretches in. I'll be making a post on THE SCIENCE BEHIND STRETCHING later tonight :) Follow the /physicaltherapy channel and you might learn one or two new things today.

When you wake up in the morning? Every single thing matters tbh. You could put in some stretch even when on the bed. While you’re sitting in bed , you could try touching your feet.. that way you’re stretching your hamstrings already (Shown in the image below) -knee to chest stretches too are also great for your your lower back Even stretching out your arms is great already! Tried to get an image to show a some stretches you could put in while in bed so you don’t get lazy.
