What’s the latest on sponsoring transactions. I want buyers of NFTs on Base in USDC to only need to buy that one currency

Does anyone have time to explain how Ramana’s 10 DAI validator occurred?

What would be the effect or the possibilities for governance if channels could only be joined if you have an NFT that it checks for with a ZKP of that NFT. 

I still don’t fully understand how OP Mainnet follow their governance plan without this.
