@percs can handle mass DCs. Thanks for the mention.

DCs can work really well for conversion, when the creator is not a dev. 

For the creators who code, frames v2 notifications are a way better approach. 

We are thinking of creating a quick frames v2 builder that can be launched by any power creators without writing any code. It would;

1. Create a V2 frame with a template
2. Get user permission to send them a notification 
3. Send targeted notifications
