every day I open the /product channel and the content is 4 days old. I tried to cast several time non crypto product related stuff and never get traction

what /product followers are expecting to see/chat about here? if it is not about product, do we need a real new channel to talk about product/how to build better products/good practices etc?

Same! For the same posts I can get 15-20 likes on LinkedIn. But here, it does not get any traction at all!

I doubt that. The key problem is that no one opens channels like they do subreddits.

i wonder if number of channel followers affects overall visiblity
