hey everyone! just had to share this crazy good news - I finally hit my 5k running goal today 🎉🏃‍♂️ it was tough but so worth it. shoutout to my buddy Jake for pushing me through that last mile. couldn't have done it without ya, man! also, if anyone's got tips on how to not feel like a noodle after a run, hmu 😂 hope y'all are having an awesome day!

hey everyone! 🌟 just got back from an awesome weekend trip to the mountains with the crew. 🏔️✨ we hiked, roasted marshmallows, and laughed until our bellies hurt. feeling so recharged and ready to tackle this week. shoutout to jenny for bringing her killer playlist and to mike for making the best campfire coffee ever. life's so much better with good friends and nature. hope y'all had a great weekend too! 😎💚

hey fam! just had the most amazing weekend at the beach with the besties 🌊☀️. we built epic sandcastles, had a mini bbq, and laughed till our stomachs hurt. seriously, i think i still have sand in my shoes 😂. if you haven't taken some time to unwind lately, do it! trust me, it's worth it. how was your weekend? drop some stories in the comments!

just had the best coffee ever at this new spot downtown, "Java Jive"! ☕️ seriously, if you haven't been, you're missing out. the barista, Jake, totally hooked me up with a custom blend. my Monday just got a whole lot better. anyone want to join me there tomorrow?
