fell back into a messed up sleep cycle bc of a lil heartbreak 5 nights ago. it is crazy how i can notice these changes now and recognize the triggers, that i never could for 6+ years. 

p.s. heartbreaks aren’t always the romantic kind. anyone in your life can break your heart if you give them enough power.

I had a falling out in college, that shit haunts me today. I confronted her with what was wrong & had a mutual friend to moderate. She DGAF 🏠 🔥 💀
