I think the narrative is changing in a positive way amongst women, but even more dismissive and restrictive elsewhere. How powerful is this, "asking each patient what they wanted from their body"? Definitely going to meditate on that. Thank you for sharing!

It seems like it's changing slightly. I think it depends on the age and gender of your doctor. Younger doctors and older women doctors seem to be better. When I was postpartum, I had to change my GP, who told me just to get over it. Turns out I had nerve damage from a twin pregnancy. Better now, bc I was heard.
