My gut tells me if we stopped the tipping culture in the US, the actual money made by restaurants/workers wouldn’t change much.

🤔 It would normalize out, so people on the lowest and the highest would come back to the center.

highest earners might consider a different field of work.

Restauranteurs would bitch and moan, they'd complain we can't operate like that. I say mmm okay someone else will. 

Biz fought min wage & now it's the norm.
