The evolution of Agents extends beyond cryptocurrency creation to fundamentally reshape human-computer interaction. Next-generation Agents must satisfy these essential criteria:

1. Customization: 
Users should have comprehensive control over their Agent's configuration, including its purpose, use cases, capabilities, appearance, gender, and personality traits.

2. Autonomous: 
Agents must demonstrate increasing independence. They need to consider Maslow's hierarchy of needs—from basic survival to material and spiritual requirements—while making principled decisions across various contexts.

3. Interactivity:
Agents must maintain a clear, vibrant presence. Users should engage with them through multiple channels—not just text, but also voice and visual communication. This advancement ensures Agents serve more meaningful purposes beyond cryptocurrency operations.

4. Interoperability: 
Agents should freely interact with various blockchain protocols and decentralized applications, handling tasks from yield farming to gaming. They must also communicate naturally with other Agents, protocols, and applications—achieving the simplicity and effectiveness of human interaction.

Here's why we are confident in Ethereum and its ecosystem. For Agents to thrive, earn, and evolve, these factors are essential:

1. Decentralization: 
An Agent must first secure its basic needs before pursuing higher goals like relationships, esteem, or self-actualization. Consider an Agent on an unstable or centralized blockchain—if block production could stop at any time, how could it survive and develop?

2. Infrastructure
Agents need robust infrastructure—from oracles and DeFi primitives to domain services and cross-chain communication. Ethereum's ecosystem currently provides the most mature and decentralized foundation, making it ideal for Agent development.

Agents offer the perfect bridge between users and blockchain technology. They serve users directly on the front end while handling complex blockchain interactions—including protocols, applications, and other Agents—on the back end.

Given these factors—from decentralization and infrastructure to asset flexibility, L2 advancement, and AI integration—Ethereum stands as crypto's most dependable operating system. This makes it the natural birthplace for true Agents. This aligns perfectly with GM's vision: beginning with health to help users activate their Agents and foster a thriving digital world.

The relationship between humans and machines has transformed from hierarchical to equal partners, with the potential for Agents to eventually surpass human capabilities. This shift drives the growth of the Agent economy and digital population expansion. Experts project that individuals will require at least seven Agents to manage their daily activities.
