@anichessgame has built a really strong community, partly because you’re targeting a highly niche and passionate audience, and partly because your team seems to be excellent at community building and engagement. Are there any lessons or “secret sauce” you can share from your community building experience so far?

Also, I’ve noticed that your Discord community is quite active, with many members contributing ideas and feedback. How do you strike a balance between incorporating community input and staying true to your core vision and roadmap? @chessdude

We truly value our community, as a game without its players/community is completely worthless. Especially building in Web3, we are actually very grateful and fortunate to have a highly invested community to take part in tournaments, campaigns and to provide timely feedbacks for us. 

Some tips
1) Always have a way to collect feedback, be it a #feedback channel on discord, TG or Google Form, as long as there is a way
2) Surprise your OGs with giveaways, campaigns, or simply something they never expect 
3) Keep them engaged - if they are competitive, host regular tournaments/leagues. If they are creative, art/meme challenges
4) Keep shipping - be it product features, bug fixes, new marketing initiatives, partnerships. Community loves it
