Note: starting tomorrow, the width of your tip distribution will only consider tip recipients who don't have an allowance. More info in the doc. ✨

So people with allowance are not expected to get a tip or it's meant for people without allowance alone?

Saying that will determine the width of allocation I don't think that is a good idea and there is other way you could stop those who are doing tip trade.
