Random musing: being friendly is undervalued. When an ecosystem has a friendly "vibe", I think it's quite powerful - esp in early days. I get a lot of that vibe from many of the ecosystems in web3. As a builder, makes you generally happy to wake up to the problems to tackle every morning.

Every once in a while, there a new channel that is low saturation + high density ==> thus high signal for recipient for relevant/non spammy comms. Making the delivery rate really high Use to be email -> then linkedin -> Twitter DMs -> now I think Warpcast DC is next DC will be a high signal, underrated way to reach
