That means the price arrived to the potential point of reversal. Also candle closed with shadow, which means that price might do a correction.

Unfortunately I was using OANDA chart and there was no manipulation, but on Saxo there was and some people have entered short on EUR/USD https://www.tradingview.com/x/R2Ubm3Il/ There was an opportunity to pick up a take profit RR : 4.7
