It’s kind of nuts how sleeping like shit for over 4 weeks had me fucked up. Didn’t do well on Nouns writing, was sleeping like crap, felt like quitting at least a couple of times. Then two back to back good nights of sleep, it all seems distant and I launched a new daily podcast 😂 CIAHOAD- Rick James
