I have managed to make a big research of Smart ED3 battery design. 

Based on this knowledge I have started to build the battery for this car. 

I choose battery cells with the same characteristics and even higher capacity. 

Started to work on design of totally another battery compartment in the original shell. 

I am thinking about how I could make a business on this kind of batteries. 

How to check the market and understand amount of customers that would be able to pay for this battery. 

I am feeling that I have knowledge in engineering but not enough knowledge in Business and marketing. 

Also interesting change for me is launching the company. Basically now I have two options UK or Germany. 

UK seems to me much easy to pay taxes and work with papers - everything is digital. 

Germany is still in the medieval time. A lot of paperwork. A lot of additional insurance and higher taxes. 

Is anybody had experience on launching of the Hightech companies from the scratch in this countries?
