Kind if makes me think of the tipping meta in a way. if you tied the meme to a tippable token, then everytime the meme was mentioned a tip was sent, it's not really adding utility, but it is adding value to spreading the meme. There's something there somewhere, and the registry and tek already exists. If I was a dev I would be playing in that space for sure.
