it’s all very well executed was confused on what the point was but didn’t mind because the art direction and brand identity was incredible, but once I started playing around I saw the potential as a game, identity hub, link-in-bio, etc. could still get stuck trying to be too many different things in one…

. @shugo would be the best person to answer this, but this is my take on it (1) I see PhiLand bringing value to owning an ENS, as it's directly tied to the ENS. Selling your ENS = selling your PhiLand. (2) PhiLand is like a link-in-bio product, with the added advantage of personafying each land/profile.
