Seems like the right primitive, but may require change in the norms or cheaper tech? Back of the envelope conservative content reads: 50/day or 1500/mo. @.03 = $45/sub $10/mo. @ .03 = <12 reads/day Both seem unlikely; however, 50/day @.007 fetches a typical $10/mo. sub Perhaps batching reads lowers the cost?

The first thing I ask any founder or friend considering a token is “why?” Are you a product or service, or are you a financial asset play? Both are tough. One has pirates. The beauty of FC is you can already drop incentives to wallets. Why do you need to be JPow? Better yet, why do you want to?

Hmmm. The mvp tackles the time-to-feedback loop for builders. It’s testing bc it won’t be right the first time. I’d argue time is the top newco killer. Marketing should come first to test. Tight constraints & quick feedback loops to find the heartbeat of any mkt. So it’s still MVP, but minimum viable pulse.

Test quickly. Test cheaply. Fresh off another pitch prez. Brilliant founder, solid co-founders. Sexy app designs/partnerships. Massive TAM $500Bn +. Building for over a year, but… It’s still uncertain “who” and “if” they will get customers until they go to mkt. Let the market inform you. Test.

I’ve found ai chatbots to be incredibly helpful in designing routines: - set some parameters, like days/weeks of a ladder, workout time, and available equipment. - ask for simple language instructions. - multi-week ladders in minutes. Saves a ton of brain drain energy. Saves time. = huge hack

You’d be surprised how you can ask any of the popular ai chat bots for exercise routines. Give it parameters and desired outcomes as well as any body or equipment limitations and wait to be impressed.

Smart move on the maintenance. I’d be mindful of ankle strength when using braces. Similar to running in sand, the ankle isn’t designed to move/not move in this way for prolonged periods. I’d strengthen the ankles naturally and run them naked for better long-term (and less injury related) likelihood. Good luck.
